A place to be
Attending a local Bible-believing church is God’s plan today for Christians in these New Testament times. The Bible teaches us it is the place to be on Sunday, the Lord’s Day (Hebrews 10:25; Acts 20:7).
We assemble so we can worship, sing, serve, learn the Bible and find fellowship with other Christians.

A place to believe
It does make a difference what you believe! We endeavour to establish and strengthen your beliefs in the Bible. We believe in the supremacy and sufficiency of the Scriptures to help you through each and every aspect of life (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Romans 15:4). Our passion is not just to know of God, but to know Him, through Jesus Christ, personally, intimately and wholeheartedly. (Philippians 3:10-15; John 10:4, 14-15, 27)
A place to become
God has a purpose for your life. Every ministry at VBC is designed either to encourage you to become a Christian or to become a better one. Regardless of where you are in life, we are here to help you grow, mature your faith in Christ, and to learn and utilize the spiritual gift God gave you. (2 Peter 3:18; Colossians 2:6-7; Ephesians 4:11-15; 1 Peter 4:10-11)
